Donald McCoy retired, after thirty years of service, from the IBM Corporation with broad experience in people, process, project, and program management. His career highlights include product development and marketing.

 

During his last decade at IBM, he focused on K-to-College initiatives and outreach programs designed to attract, develop, and retain diverse technical talent. His hands-on involvement in such areas as budget & operations management, workshop facilitation, technology camps, career fair/conference planning and mentoring programs makes him an invaluable asset to the team. He quickly put those skills to work during the “Trouble in the Water” film festival tour—responsible for all still photography, media relations, festival promotion, and organized community screenings.

 

Today, Donald serves as Education Consultant to clients and partners that include educational institutions, government agencies, corporations, and non-profits.
